Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to physical products ordered from Washyoungplant. Digital access to online modules remains free and is not subject to returns.

Return Window

You may return unused printed items in original packaging within thirty (30) days of delivery for a refund of the product price, excluding original shipping charges.

Condition

Items must be undamaged and resalable. Personalized or clearly used materials cannot be returned.

Process

1. Email help@washyoungplant.world with your order reference and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions and the studio address in Bridgeview, Illinois.
3. After we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. In those cases, we will reimburse reasonable domestic return postage.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Report carrier damage within seven days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different printed item may be available when stock permits. Contact us before sending goods back.
